DESCRIPTION:The Stratford Rotary Dragon Boat Festival 2026 Saturday Septemb

 is website:     It will be held on Lake Victoria in Stratford on Septembe
 r 19\, 2026. We will have over 30 teams participating in recreational Hong
  Kong style races including: A 2\,000 meter race final featuring the top e
 ight teams. Three 500 metre races for all teams. We are planning 100 metre
  sprints for the top four women's and top four Breast Cancer Survivors tea
 ms. Classes include Mixed Division\, Breast Cancer Survivors and Women's D
 ivision teams.  Over 3\,000 are expected t0 attend in order to watch the r
 aces\, enjoy the food\, entertainment\, refreshments and to visit the “K
 id's Tent”.   This event is the single largest fundraiser each year for
  the Stratford Rotary Club and its many Community projects and activities.
 The 28 occurrences  of this festival has raised over $1\,100\,000 in prof
 it to reinvest in our community.    We keep costs as low as possible thr
 ough the efforts of the many volunteers that staff the event\, the many sp
 onsors and partners that provide cash and free services to us.    Be one
  of the thousands of people that attend the event and enjoy the day!
