The objective of the Rotary Club of Stratford Christmas Arts & Crafts Festival is to raise funds that support the local and international good works of Rotary through the production of an event that promotes the sale and purchase of unique, handcrafted, high-quality and original art, craft and food products

New this year to celebrate our 25th Anniversary - the return of "Art" to the Christmas Craft Festival!

cost of a booth ranges from $250 to $350 depending on location and time of booking 

Apply by Monday, August 31st, 2026 before September 1, Booth price increase!

Return of a completed application form does not guarantee nor signify acceptance into the Festival; once reviewed, successful applicants will be contacted and provided with a registration form, terms and conditions, as well as payment instructions.
