New Generations Exchange

New Generations exchanges last from a few weeks to three months, making this a suitable option for recent secondary school graduates, young professionals, and Rotaractors between the ages of 18 and 30 who are seeking to learn more about their area of study or employment in another part of the world. These exchanges may be arranged for individuals or groups and can involve homestays, tours, or camps. Exchanges include vocational experience (arranged by the host club), cultural immersion, and the opportunity to take part in voluntary service opportunities. Some districts also offer specialized internships. New Generations exchanges provide the opportunity to learn about a different culture while fostering goodwill and understanding. Participants discover that the world is smaller than they once thought, and that they can gain a great deal from the unique experience of being an Exchange participant.
